Questions before starting
Our Stairwell is designed for UK resident management companies, RTM companies, and self-managed leasehold blocks that want one shared place for committee and resident-led work.
Access depends on each person’s unit, role, and permissions. Own-ledger access can be kept separate from full finance access, while committee and sensitive building records remain controlled.
The trial includes the current product features and uses the same guided setup as a subscribed workspace. Direct Debit details are collected through GoCardless during setup.
There is one plan at £9.50 per unit per month (no VAT). The subscription scales with the number of units rather than the number of resident or committee accounts.
Permitted users can export members, meetings, works, events, communications, financial records, and document bundles for local records or a future handover.
